Community Transport East Renfrewshire 'Your Wee Red Bus'

The charity provides a volunteer driver service for disadvantaged people in East Renfrewshire to be able to attend hospital and medical appointments using volunteer drivers who use their own vehicles. We also have a VW caddy with a rear ramp for those who need a wheelchair.

We have a wheelchair accessible people carrier (8 passengers) with rear tail gate and a 13-seater minibus with rear tailgate. The three vehicles are used to provide an afternoon tea service in Barrhead and are also available to hire to individuals, Voluntary Groups, as well as community groups at a low cost.

The charity runs these services and manages the project with a fantastic group of volunteers.
